The most popular part of our services the personalised programme service has been running for ten years.  Aim of the programmes are to

  • Assist in achieving personal goals
  • Be tailored to individuals time constraints of busy work schedules and complicated lifestyles
  • Be updated every four weeks or weekly
  • Take away the pressure of deciding what training to do
  • Give confidence in knowing that time you are spending on training is being used effectively

The programmes are written by those who have world class experience in competing and coaching. This is combined with the experience of having professional athletes and also competing with the restraints placed on them by full time jobs and family commitments. Cross Training

In the past five years there have been a growing amount of individuals who class themselves as cross trainers in that they like to move their goals around from event to event whether it be a pure cross training event or an individual discipline. In recognition of this we have now started our programme service to cater for those individuals. Our general experience in a multitude of disciplines lends us nicely to being able to be that one stop shop for those pure cross trainers.

Choose from the levels of programmes above to suit your requirements.

There is doing it and there then there is doing it right.

 

 

One to One Training

This service offers the opportunity for an individual or group to select a particular area they would like assistance with.

Sessions are specifically structured towards the individual or group which permits maximum useage of time on areas required.

Some of the areas available include:

  • Swimming sessions including stroke technique improvement and open water work
  • Gym to incorporate weights and cv equipment, stretch cords, medicine ball, swiss ball and circuit training.
  • Cycling technique, positioning, road work and turbo training.
  • Running technique and drill work.
  • Transition work developing skills for T1 and T2.
  • Discuss Nutrition, diet, supplements and race preparation.
  • Video analysis.
  • VO2 max testing.

Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion.
